Highgate Edwardian Dolls House Kit is a 4/5 room house. It has a 1 piece
hinged front which opens the house and basement as one and a hinged
roof. There is attic space with an optional internal wall to create one
or two room(s) and a loft space and hatch. All rooms have internal
doors and the internal walls are interchangeable. The staircases have
turned banister rails.

The house basement has French doors giving access to the garden.
