Shipping Rates
Orders are usually shipped within 1 to 3 business days. If a product you have ordered is out of stock we will notify you and advise you of the approximate delivery date.
Our shipping rates are:

Please note:
We reserve the right to add shipping charges if the delivery address is in Canada or further north.
Return Policy
For any returns please contact us immediately to get an 'Authorized Return Label'. 'Authorized Return Labels' are valid for 30 days only. We refuse any return without an 'Authorized Return Label'.
It is the customer's responsibility to make sure the product is checked for any damage at the time of delivery. If the packaging is damaged you have the choice of refusing the delivery. Please note the damage on the delivery receipt. Also please count all the items before accepting and signing off the delivery.
If you find damage caused through freight after accepting the delivery, you may either call your local UPS office for inspection or contact The Dollhouse Company and we will contact UPS for you. (It will take us longer to process your claim since we must request inspection in writing, which must then be forwarded to your local UPS office). Do not return damaged goods or boxes yourself because this will jeopardize our chances of placing a claim with UPS and receiving proper credit. You will receive a credit for all damaged items when our claim is accepted by UPS. Please save all original packing material and boxes involved in the damaged shipment. They will be necessary to substantiate the claim.
If the product is damaged right out of the box, please email us to obtain your 'Authorized Return Label' then send it back in its original packaging. This must be done within 10 days from the shipment date showing on your delivery docket. After the product has come back to us we will either credit your account or replace the product at your preference.
If you have ordered a dollhouse kit and find that there are pieces missing or damaged, please contact the manufacturer directly and they will be happy to send you replacement at no cost to you. There is no need to return the item.
If a customer simply realizes that the wrong product was ordered a 20% restocking fee applies. The returned product needs to be sent back in its original packaging, unused and in resalable condition. Please do not write addresses or pricing information directly on goods being returned and always wrap and pack items carefully to assure a safe return. Items that do not arrive in saleable condition can not be credited.
If you are returning an undamaged dollhouse kit or other item, we will refund the original purchase price less 20% restocking fee less any freight charges incurred by us.
Dollhouse kits that have been taken out of their box and/or partly assembled are not eligible for a refund.
Customer Satisfaction
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase so if for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us and we are happy to exchange the item within 30 days of the date of your order. The returned product needs to be in its original packaging, unused and in resalable condition. Please contact us first to obtain your 'Authorized Return Label'.
Cancelling your order
If you decide to cancel your order after it was placed, please email us as soon as possible. If the order hasn't left our warehouse yet we will stop it and provide you with a refund. If the order has left our warehouse, it will be your responsibility to return the goods to us and we will refund the original purchase price less 20% restocking fee less any freight charges incurred by us.
